Logo Abseilstation #Schlegeis 131

The #Schlegeis 131 Abseiling Station is one of the new attractions at Schlegeis Reservoir in Zillertal. It is located next to the panoramic viewing platform on the crown of the Schlegeis Dam. Enjoy absolute freedom 131 metres above the ground and experience a pure rush of adrenaline as you glide through the abseiling opening down to the bottom of the dam.

Abseiling from a lofty height

The abseiling platform is situated on the upper rim of the dam. It takes you 131 metres down to the foot of the dam. When abseiling there is no need to be concerned about safety: the optimally designed and high quality safety system, operated by specially trained mountain guides, will bring you safely to the ground. When abseiling you are surrounded by a unique landscape and will probably never forget this special adventure.

You are of course welcome to combine abseiling with climbing the dam on the Via Ferrata. The abseiling platform gives you a very special feeling of excitement, together with views of the dam and its surroundings. Feel the adrenaline rush through your body.
