Easy to get to by car
You can easily reach Schlegeis Reservoir with its large dam by car via the Schlegeis Alpine toll road, which is open between May and October. Once you pass the last road tunnel directly before the crest of the dam, the s'Rachtl refreshment stop and meeting point is located directly on the left, where you will also find parking. You will find additional parking at the adjacent large visitor car park for Schlegeis Reservoir.
